I could tell by our first phone call that she knew the area very well and was going to be honest about both the neighborhoods we were looking in and the condition of the house, We are very happy that we trusted her to give us her expert opinions and ultimately settled on a great house in Five Forks. Jennifer went above and beyond with structuring the deal. We made a strong offer, at the right time. We also, were able to negotiate off the asking for a fair amount and we were able to use those funds to make some repairs that the inspector suggested with a handyman that she trusts. After we closed Jennifer took care of the thermostat, fireplace and even helped arrange someone to get the mail for us while we start the moving process. She was responsive and knowledgeable, and we really can't recommend her enough! Will definitely be using her in the future for us and friends and family for sure.
